01. Account & Usage
To access the premium features of TableRezz, you must maintain a valid account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your profile.
02. Reservation Policy
Reservations are a commitment between you and the restaurant partner. To maintain the quality of our network, we enforce a strict but fair reservation policy:
The No-Show Rule
Failing to honor a reservation without canceling at least 2 hours prior negatively impacts our partners. Repeated no-shows will lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.
Grace Periods
Most restaurants hold tables for 15 minutes. Beyond this, your table may be released to the waitlist.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Accra.
TableRezz reserves the right to update these terms. Major changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
